Myc antibody Immunoprecipitation of Myc tagged protein. HeLa transfected lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation using (B) normal rabbit IgG or (C) 2.5 ug of anti-Myc antibody . (A) Input, 15ug of HeLa transfected lysates. The precipitated protein was detected by diluted at 1:10000. EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG Kit was used in Western blot.
