Application

Mouse Mapk3 Antibody immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse skeletal muscle followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Application

Western blot analysis of lysates from mouse BA/F3, C2C12, NIH/3T3 and rat C6 cell line (from left to right), using Mouse Mapk3 Antibody at 1:1000 at each lane.
Application

Flow cytometric analysis of Hela cells using Mouse Mapk3 Antibody (green) compared to an isotype control of rabbit IgG(blue). Antibody was diluted at 1:25 dilution. An Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-rabbit lgG at 1:400 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.
